J Members: $25 per class
One-hour sessions, with a minimum 4-week commitment
Public: +$10 per class after 12 classes
Program launches January 26
Best results are seen year-round. However, we see strong improvement at 12 – 24 sessions.
Our Sports Performance Training Program utilizes high-speed treadmill training in all directions of movement and on inclines to prepare you for your best season yet. In addition, we will be using the turf room and track to work laser-measured drills such as 10-yard starts, pro agility, and 40-yard sprints. Running form, deceleration, change of direction, and speed development will be a major focus. Plyometrics will also be utilized to enhance skills needed in your specific sports. Vertical jump and broad jump testing will also be performed and retested frequently to master your new skills. Functional strength and core training will also be utilized with the goal of maximizing fast-twitch muscle fiber conversion using velocity-based training.
