Experience

Rachel has been in the fitness training industry since 2009. She was a collegiate athlete and has a degree in Recreation Fitness and Dance and is a certified Personal Trainer, a fitness specialist, and corrective exercise specialist. She was also a Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleader from 2015 – 17. Rachel has coached cheer and dance for a variety of ages and levels, including semi-professional teams. She has also trained and coached runners from 5K to half marathons. She helps clients and members make healthy lifestyle choices not only through fitness, but through education and habit change.
