Overview
Join in celebration of Israel at 75 and 10 years of Under One Roof this fall as we mark the festival of Sukkot* with the Under One Roof community art exhibit, featuring artwork designed by groups and individuals that speak to their interpretation of the central theme, Continuity.
L’dor v’dor, from generation to generation, and from year to year we grow and strengthen our community. The artworks in the 2022 Under One Roof exhibit will explore the threads of connection from our past to our present.
The Under One Roof Sukkah Art Exhibit will be on display in the community sukkah, a temporary structure, in the Mayerson JCC courtyard. Visit the sukkah exhibit anytime during regular business hours from October 9 – 20.
Under One Roof is made possible by presenting sponsor Rockwern Charitable Foundation. This program is funded in part by the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati.
*Sukkot is the Jewish festival giving thanks for the fall harvest. It also commemorates the 40 years of the Israelites wandering in the desert after Sinai. It is also the Hebrew word for the temporary structures built to celebrate the holiday.
