This class features exercises that focus on strength and cardio cross-training, as well as balance and range of motion.

Let’s learn essential stretches to add to your daily routine. Each class will end with a 15-minute guided meditation to help reduce stress and boost your mood. Simple stretching has been proven to prevent many injuries too.

Outdoor Walking Club

Let’s meet at the Amberley Village walking track! Located at Ridge and Section Roads, this paved track boasts an upper and lower path nestled into a picturesque landscape. Bring a water bottle, mask, and walking shoes, and please leave your pets at home!
