Lynn has been practicing Pilates for nine years and decided to learn instruction techniques to lead Pilates classes herself. She fell in love with Pilates in her first hour of instruction. She loves the mind/body connection, the intensity and variety in the work, and that it is a continual growth and learning process. After several injuries from running, she realized what a significant impact Pilates had on her body, by strengthening some of the smaller and deeper muscle groups. Slowly those injuries disappeared after starting Pilates, and she felt much stronger and safer pursuing other athletic activities. She loves painting, photography, the outdoors and traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
