Wendy’s top priority is to inspire and support her clients as they achieve their fitness goals by creating realistic and sustainable training programs for people with busy lifestyles. Her mission is to help other people make peace with exercise and food, lose weight, and improve their body confidence by developing healthy habits for lasting change. During her clinical nursing practice, Wendy recognized the need to help people reduce their risk of developing chronic health conditions, as well as managing their symptoms; she is passionate about the role of exercise in disease prevention.  

This passion for wellness was inspired by her own weight loss and body transformation. Wendy understands the struggles that come from setbacks and plateaus, and the joys of success. She attributes her success in part to Heart Rate Zone Training and HIIT workouts to shred calories in limited time with minimal equipment. Wendy lives by the philosophy of just doing the “next right thing.”  When she is not at the gym, she enjoys walking, running, paddleboarding, and spoiling her doodles.
