Erin has been a personal trainer since 2021, but her passion for fitness started in childhood. Erin has worked with clients from 13 to 82 years of age, as well as working with clients with different injuries and health conditions. As a mom of three, Erin is committed to helping women in their pregnancy and postpartum journeys to stay healthy and active during those big life changes. Erin loves to implement strength training into her clients’ routines, as well as helping them find a way to exercise that they enjoy.
In her free time, Erin loves being outside with her kids, playing baseball, cooking, and keeping active.
