Let's learn essential stretches to add to your daily routine. Simple stretching has been proven to prevent many injuries, make you feel great, and give you more energy, too. Each class will end with a 15-minute guided meditation.
For kids ready beyond Swim 100, this class builds kicking, breath control, submersion, surface swimming with pop-up breathing, and rollover to back float. Graduates can swim 15 feet unassisted and float on their back for 5 seconds.
This class follows Swim 101. Students will learn freestyle with side breathing and backstroke, refine breath control, flutter kick, and streamline, and swim 25 feet unassisted in both strokes upon graduation.
