This is a follow up for Paving the Path to Wellness program which is based on the evidence based principles of lifestyle medicine. This group is geared towards those who have already taken the course, however, is open to the entire 60 & Better Community.
PAVING the Path to Wellness is a 12-week program based on the principles of lifestyle medicine. Each session focuses on a specific area of the PAVING STEPSS wheel. Program participants meet every other week for structured sessions.
Kids ages 3-5 will learn how to hit, throw, field, and run the bases in this Little Blue Jays class. Practice times will include skill development and scrimmages. Players do need their own glove.
Make friends and learn acting skills in this educational drama class, best for 4th-8th graders, and 3rd graders with prior performing experience. All students will participate in a performance of Aristophanes' "The Birds," adapted by Claudia Haas.
