A fear of falling can keep you from living your life to the fullest. The good news is that falls can be predictable and preventable. Our eight-session class will teach you strategies to reduce falling risks, increase activity and live your life again.
This class will help with strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of supported tri-yoga flows. Participants should be able to move easily from seated to standing positions.
For kids ready beyond Swim 100, this class builds kicking, breath control, submersion, surface swimming with pop-up breathing, and rollover to back float. Graduates can swim 15 feet unassisted and float on their back for 5 seconds.
This class is for ages 3–5 with little water experience. Students learn front kick with flotation, back float with support, safe entries/exits, and submerging with air exchange to prepare for Swim 101.
