Reece’s passion for personal training was inspired by his personal sports experience in football, basketball, and track. Before coming to the JCC, he trained with athletes from multiple sports for two years. During his time as a strength and conditioning coach, he gained knowledge in strength, hypertrophy, flexibility, agility, and nutrition training.
