Lara’s goal is to try and change people’s lives with exercise. She has been active in sports since grade school and has gone on to participate in various activities as an adult, including the full Queen City Flying Pig Marathon in 2015. She understands the need to approach general health by engaging a client’s mind, body, and spirit in the process, and looks forward to guiding each member through that journey as well.
