Hannah began her own fitness journey as a teenager when she became involved in group exercise classes and lifting weights. She believes fitness and wellness is a holistic journey for all ages. Her goals as a personal trainer are to improve clients’ strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as to cultivate a positive growth mindset.
