Join the Mayerson JCC and The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati in honoring and celebrating the modern Israeli holidays, including Israel at 75!
The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center, the Mayerson Jewish Community Center, and Jewish Family Service will host this year’s Yom HaShoah Commemoration to remember and mourn the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust and to honor the survivors.
Yom HaZikaron, Israel’s Memorial Day, will honor the fallen soldiers and victims of terror who gave their lives in defense of the State of Israel. This year, we will commemorate the fallen soldiers from the Yom Kippur War 50 years ago.
Finally, we will have Israel at 75 to celebrate Yom HaAtzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day. The day will feature a multicultural festival highlighting the diversity of Israel through hands-on experiences, food, art, games, and more!
