Our Sports Performance Training Program uses high-speed treadmill, turf, and track drills to prepare you for your best season. Focus on speed, agility, running form, strength, and core training. Includes plyometrics and skill assessments for progress.
While there are many resources available for adult children who are caring for their aging parents, challenges often arise when locating these resources, as well as identifying and connecting with people in similar situations who understand their needs.
Join us for Israeli Dancing at the JCC! Lively music, fun dancing, and new friends await at this weekly, free class. This is an informal class where all skill levels are welcome.

Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of Judaism, are considering conversion, or are sparked by curiosity to explore this rich tradition, this class is for you. Together we will discuss the fundamental concepts of Judaism, explore theology and prayer, and build relationships with one another. Rabbi Sammy Kanter leads the learning and discussion, and folks of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to attend!
