Inspired by her personal weight loss success, Clara decided to pivot from visual merchandising Clara loves seeing her personal training clients learn new exercises and accomplish little goals each session. Her approach is shaped by her graduate work in occupational therapy along with personal success with weight loss and reversing her related health conditions. Her personal training focuses on senior fitness, mobility, functional movement, and weight management. Her group exercise interests are interval training, strength, cardio, and functional programs while also working towards her 200HR yoga certification. She wants people to feel welcomed and empowered that their efforts count each time we participate in exercise. As a newly certified health coach, Clara looks forward to working with clients on making healthy lifestyle changes.
