Our Sports Performance Training Program uses high-speed treadmill, turf, and track drills to prepare you for your best season. Focus on speed, agility, running form, strength, and core training. Includes plyometrics and skill assessments for progress.
This class follows Swim 202/203. The instructor will teach the progression of breaststroke and butterfly while refreshing the students’ skills on freestyle and backstroke. Graduates will be able to swim 25 yards of all 4 strokes.
This class is for children who can comfortably perform the basic skills taught in Swim 100. They will practice front, back, and in-line kicking, repeated submersion and breath control, surface swimming with pop-up breathing, and rolling over to float.
