"Members only Weekly Drop in class. Pilates classes are a total-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Utilizing low-impact, joint-friendly moves, Pilates classes are great for any age.

Come test your speed, agility, and jumping ability for collegiate recruiting at this event using the latest testing equipment, including Vald lasers, Vertec, and more. This combine will include the following:
Dynamic warm-up
Vertical jump with Vertec
Broad jump and/or triple broad jump
Pro-agility with Zybek lasers
40-yard dash with 10- and 20-yard splits using Vald lasers
Kinotek muscle imbalance assessment
InBody body composition assessment
Tuff Tread high-speed treadmill demos
Keiser strength and power equipment demos
This event is open to JCC members and non-members.

Our Sports Performance Training Program uses high-speed treadmill, turf, and track drills to prepare you for your best season. Focus on speed, agility, running form, strength, and core training. Includes plyometrics and skill assessments for progress.
This engaging adaptive class offers low-impact exercise, socializing, and creative crafts. Participants should be able to engage independently or with their own direct support professional.
