Rita has 33 years of experience as an attorney in both private practice as a litigator and as General Counsel, where she created and led the legal services, compliance and human resources departments. She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and employment law, having overseen all litigation while working directly with outside counsel and implementing best practices in all fields of HR. Rita holds a bachelor’s degree and a law degree, each from the University of Toledo. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and the Southern District of Ohio.
