Niki, recently retired after 20 years of government service, has decided to start a second career in fitness and wellness. Her journey began in 2016, having personal success with weight loss and being introduced to the benefits of strength and conditioning. Over the years, she began helping friends and family while finding a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.

Whether it’s continuing to live independently as you age, or competing at the highest level in your chosen sport. Strength makes everything else you do in your life, easier!”
