After 39 years working in corporate Human Resources and then fighting cancer, Michelle embarked on her next phase of life – helping herself and others stay fit in order to age gracefully. Michelle traveled to Nepal for a month-long extensive study to receive her 200HR yoga teacher certification that includes Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. She then earned her Level 1 Pilates Reformer certification from Balanced Body after years of benefitting from the JCC’s classes.
