Matt has over 15+ years of experience in health and fitness, including personal and small-group training, adult and senior fitness, sports conditioning, and wellness education. He holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University and California University of Pennsylvania. Matt is a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Endurance Sports Trainer, and Jump Stretch Flex-Band instructor.
Matt has extensive experience designing and managing fitness programs for community health and wellness centers that serve all age groups. He specializes in functional training, weight management, therapeutic exercise, youth fitness, circuit training, and working with recreational athletes. Matt worked in patient care with musculoskeletal/orthopedic injuries under physicians’ supervision and also athletic development training with Speed Dynamics and USTF level 1- sprints school training. Matt is skilled as a health and fitness educator, workshop and clinic presenter, teacher, and high school athletic coach. His training philosophy focuses on exercise and longevity, empowering and guiding individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and reach their personal health and fitness goals.
