Experience: Kyle’s experience and passion for fitness and strength started early in college. Kyle played baseball at Otterbein University and personally saw the changes and improvements in his fitness and strength through a structured workout routine. Whether a client has zero experience or is an experienced athlete, Kyle is committed to helping clients improve their strength, power, conditioning, functional skills, and fitness. Kyle’s programming for clients includes exercises that they love to do, as well as new exercises that are challenging yet fun. Kyle’s hobbies include baseball, basketball, hiking, walking his dog, reading, and anything competitive.
