Greg’s passion for fitness started in  junior high school when preparing for football. What started as a way to become stronger turned into a love and a lifestyle. His passion for fitness led him to a major in Exercise Science at Northern Kentucky University. Choosing this career path has allowed him to work with different age groups from high school to collegiate athletes, to also working with seniors in health facilities throughout his career. Continuing to learn as a Strength and Conditioning coach allows him to always provide accurate and knowledgeable information to his clients.
