Ben Parker

Ben began his own training journey following a severe knee injury and a realization that late-stage rehab often fails to prepare people to return to their former activity levels. His goals are to help people overcome similar obstacles in their own fitness journey and build more resilient people and athletes.

Ben is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Sports Science at the University of Cincinnati. He has been personal training since 2023, first as a strength and conditioning intern at Yale University and later as a Training and Performance lead at the University of Pittsburgh’s Neuromuscular Research Center.

Ben has a special interest in speed development and specializes in designing concurrent fitness programs to develop all aspects of fitness and performance.
