Amberley WeThrive is offering this Community Event beginning Thursday, May 8 at 7 pm.  Classes are held at Amberley Park at the intersection of Ridge and Section Roads, next to the tennis courts.   Class is open to anyone (all ages and abilities) in an effort to bring the community together in Movement and Mindfulness.   Bring a yoga mat or large towel for comfort on the grass.

50-minute weekly group suspension training

All skill levels are invited to join this class on our state-of-the-art suspension training unit. You’ll strengthen muscles, increase stamina, and have fun! All exercises are adjustable to your ability and focus on developing stabilizer muscles and core strength. Come hang out with us on our adult jungle gym where playing is encouraged.

Teen Orientation

Not sure how to use the equipment at the J? We’re here to help! Join us for Teen Orientation for teens between the ages of 13-15 at $99 for two one-hour sessions. Teens can gain exclusive access to the Fitness Center and are allowed to use specified equipment after completing this informative orientation. RSVP by calling 513.761.7500 ext.1266.

Stronger You

Become the best version of yourself in this small group strength training program! Learn how to increase muscle through a combination of body weight and weight training exercises, revealing a healthier and stronger you. Registration will open October 1.

Holiday Headstart
