Let’s get you to your next level in fitness! Join us for the 12-week program, Commit to be Fit: The Next Level. You will be able work on what you need in a small group setting. Lose weight, get toned, advance in your workout routine while competing for points to win awesome prizes!

It’s time to shred body fat and ramp up your metabolism during this weekly, one hour group training program! Stay motivated and maintain your progress between small group sessions with self – guided exercise plans.

Teen Fitness Center Orientation

Ages 13 – 15
J Member: FREE with registration

Not sure how to use the equipment at the J? We’re here to help! Teens between the ages of 13-15 are welcome to join us for two one-hour sessions.
