This 30-minute stretching class will teach you basic stretches to add to your daily routine. Simple stretching has been proven to prevent many injuries, make you feel great, and give you more energy, too.

This class is designed for children with little exposure to the water. The goal is for students to comfortably perform these skills in preparation for Swim 101: front kick with floatation up to 10 feet, back float with support, and submerge up to 3 times

This class is for children who can comfortably perform the basic skills taught in Swim 100. They will practice front, back, and in-line kicking, repeated submersion and breath control, surface swimming with pop-up breathing, and rolling over to float.
