This program introduces the core principles of mindfulness and will provide practical tools to help calm the mind, regulate difficult emotions, and create space for healing. Whether you are newly grieving or have been living with loss for some time, this program offers a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
