February 25 @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
This workshop is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to navigate the grieving process, both for themselves and for those they care about. Participants will explore the emotional, physical, and psychological effects of grief. The program also offers insight into how to support others who are grieving, encouraging empathy and connection in times of loss.
Grief is a natural response to loss and can include a range of emotions such as sadness, anger, and confusion. It often follows a significant event like the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship. Grief is deeply personal and unpredictable, and there is no single “right” way to experience it.
Join us in community as we learn how to better support ourselves, friends, and loved ones.
