We offer Mat Pilates Personal Training and Pilates Reformer Personal Training at the J, both of which will help you connect with your inner self while focusing on increased strength and endurance. Our Pilates certified personal trainers have specialized training to ensure proper form to increase the productivity of your movements.
Pilates Reformer Studio
Our innovative Pilates Reformer Studio offers a private setting with 5 reformer machines. More than 100 exercises can be performed on this surprisingly versatile apparatus that works with a system of springs and straps. Exercises on the Reformer improve torso stability and postural alignment while working limbs in a range of motion. You’ll receive an effective, no-impact workout that is also joint friendly. We offer various Pilates Personal Training sessions:
- Private One-on-One Training (one-hour sessions): This is a traditional, full hour of individualized personal training during each session.
- Express One-on-One (30-minute sessions): This program is designed for those with a tight schedule, looking for a more concentrated workout. You’ll receive an intense workout in a shorter period of time. Mat Pilates only.
- Partner Training (two people, one-hour sessions): Are you looking for the opportunity to train with a friend? Partner training is a great way to increase your commitment to a fitness regimen!
- Small Group Training (three to five people, 50-minute sessions): This is a great way to involve your friends, family, and coworkers to get the boost you need to exercise together.
