All skill levels are invited to join this class on our state-of-the-art suspension training unit. You’ll strengthen muscles, increase stamina, and have fun! All exercises are adjustable to your ability and focus on developing stabilizer muscles and core strength. Use your WIRED Heart Rate Tracking device throughout this 50-minute class to monitor your progress and maximize the impact of your workout, helping you burn more calories even after you leave class! Come hang out with us on our adult jungle gym, where playing is encouraged.
