Theatre at the J provides an outlet for creative expression and creates a safe space for children to find their place in the arts community, all while forming lifelong friendships and strong connections within the community.

Theatre at the J features two drama classes. Children will learn a variety of acting skills and exercises, as well as the basics of theatre, performance, character development, ensemble building, and storytelling. Culmination of the program will be presented in performance for family and friends to enjoy!

Fees for these classes will be billed in monthly installments. Financial aid available.

Children will participate in theatre games and activities that encourage creativity, self-expression, and self-confidence.

Spotlight on High School Girl's Theatre Workshop

Experience a taste of Theatre at the J! This one day workshop will focus on theatre games, activities, and scene study while building confidence and self-esteem. Students will explore how voice and body work to create dynamic characters. Workshop meets from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
