Maccabi Games

Teen Programs

The JCC Maccabi Games are a one-week, Olympic-style athletic competition that includes jewish culture and social events. Jewish teens gather from across the U.S. and around the world, forming friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Overview

The 2024 JCCA Maccabi Games will be in Detroit, Michigan July 28 – August 2.

The Maccabi Games are for athletes 13-16 years old for Detroit.

Held in conjunction with the JCC Maccabi Games, JCC Maccabi ArtsFest is a weeklong summer arts experience for Jewish teens ages 13 – 16, featuring workshops in a variety of specialties with some of the leading artists in each field and incorporating community service, social activities, and themes of Jewish heritage, community, and Israel.

An information session for the 2024 Maccabi Games will be on November 6 at 6pm at the Mayerson JCC.

Pricing

The pricing for Israel will be $4,900. 
This is possible by a grant that you will be able to apply for through Root One that will take care of the rest of the trip, $3,900. 

If you have not used your Cincy Journeys grant money for high school, they will allow you to use that money for this!  That is a grant of $8,000.
