Marcellis Keon McCray is passionate about equipping others with the resources needed to be successful at reaching their goals. Using the Optimum Performance Training model, he educates clients on proper form and tempo during exercises, adjusts acute variables to promote physiological changes, and increases neuromuscular efficiency. Marcellis works closely with his clients, learning about their hobbies and interests while assessing the perfect training plan for their goals.
