Exciting Changes are Here

Find a new look when registering for programs on the J’s website. We have been working hard to deliver a new, more seamless digital experience for our community. We are excited that our new integrated member layout, built on the world’s leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, Salesforce, is now live!

To give a bit more background, CRM is a technology for managing all of our organization’s relationships and interactions with our current and potential customers. CRM systems help us stay connected with you, our members, and streamlines processes such as registration and more.  

Managing your account online is now simplified, and for the first time, when you update your physical address, phone number, or email, it’s updating that information across every department at the J. This change also allows us to better communicate facility news, class updates, and program offerings with you. 

How to Access

Our new registration system will require members to set up a new account. You will utilize your email address that is linked to your JCC membership and will be asked to submit a new password.
