Yoga For Seniors

This class will help with strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of supported tri-yoga flows. Participants should be able to move easily from seated to standing positions.

Let’s meet at the Amberley Village walking track! Located at Ridge and Section Roads, this paved track boasts an upper and lower path nestled into a picturesque landscape. Bring a water bottle, mask, and walking shoes and please leave your pets at home! Must be a JCC or 60 & Better member to participate.
