Our Adult Classes offer exciting and interactive programs that keep you active at every age. From sports to dance, language to learning, there’s something for everyone!

Fitness & Friends 
Ages 16+

This engaging adaptive class offers low-impact exercise, socializing, and creative crafts. Participants should be able to engage independently or with help of their own personal care assistant.

In this exciting team-focused exercise class, participants will work on basketball fundamentals while socializing and being active. Participants should be able to engage independently or with the help of their own personal care assistant.

No dance skills are required for this fun adapted class! Come enjoy this high-energy, low-impact, dance-based group exercise class.

This inclusive adapted workout combines cardio and strength training in a circuit format with stretching and yoga for a total body workout.
