Personal training programs at the J combine expert instruction with state-of-the-art amenities to help you reach your fitness goals!
Improve your workouts with one of our highly skilled and educated personal trainers who can help you achieve your personal fitness goals (weight loss, toning, post-rehabilitation, increasing strength, etc.) through programs design, support, motivation, education, diet plans, and more!
We offer private, small group, and partner training, as well as specialized Pilates Reformer training. To start your training out right, you’ll receive a free InBody® health and fitness body composition assessment when you sign up for personal training.
Our certified personal trainers will provide you with:
- Results-based training consultations
- Fitness and/or health assessments appropriate for your needs and goals
- A program based around a variety of exercises including core, resistance, flexibility, and cardiovascular training
