Suspension Training Class


All skill levels are invited to join this class on our state-of-the-art training unit. You’ll strengthen muscles, increase stamina, and just have fun! Never tried suspension training? We’ll show you the ropes! All exercises are adjustable to your ability and center around developing stabilizer muscles and core strength. Hang out with us on our adult jungle gym, where playing is encouraged!
