Heidi Skolnik is a nutritionist and exercise physiologist who has appeared on national media; oversees Performance Nutrition at the School of American Ballet and The Julliard School; has been part of the Women Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery; and has served as team nutritionist for the New York Giants, New York Knicks, and New York Mets.
