Yoga for Seniors
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:30 – 2:30pm
Instructor: Mary Seibert; $3/class
This class will help with your strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of supported tri yoga flows. Prerequisites: Participants should be able to move easily from seated to standing positions.
Chess & Scrabble Club
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2 – 6pm
Come join in on a rousing game of chess or scrabble. Don’t know how to play? Don’t worry, we’ll have friends to teach you. All ages are welcome to participate.

This ongoing Tai Chi program helps with arthritis, balance, and memory. Learn an ancient Yang style short form. Beginners are always welcome.

If you can’t make it to the real lanes, come have fun with virtual bowling. You’ll get moderate exercise with a group of enthusiastic Wii bowlers. No experience? We’ll teach you the lanes!

In today’s rapidly changing, socially and politically charged environment, it is important to bring together diverse perspectives and engage respectfully in conversations that reflect individual experiences, heartfelt beliefs and different viewpoints. We invite you to join issues of the day and explore a new way of being in conversation and fellowship together at this casual weekly forum.
